SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery
Our products (including posters and art prints) are printed and processed on demand specifically for you after your order is placed. This allows us to avoid overproduction and conserve resources.

Production & Shipping Times:
- Processing and printing time: approx. 2–4 business days
- Delivery time (Germany & EU): approx. 2–5 business days after fulfillment
- Delivery time (Rest of the World): approx. 5–12 business days after fulfillment
- Total estimated delivery time: approx. 4–9 business days (EU) / approx. 7–16 business days (International).

Shipping Costs:
Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed transparently in your cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order has been printed and handed over to the carrier (e.g., DHL, DPD, or postal services), you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. In most cases, this includes a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU Orders):
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA), additional customs duties, taxes, or local fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by local customs authorities.
